Watch: @PFPAOfficial tried to stop a stolen Elantra after it drove through the Pentagon around 3:00 pm. and chased it down S. Hayes St. PFPA cut it off shortly after the firehouse. Indications are @ArlingtonVaPD tried to stop the same car near S. Walter Reed & S. Four Mile Run about 20 minutes later. It fled again. Later in the hour, @usparkpolicepio apparently chased the same car out Connecticut Avenue from DC. It crashed at Four Corners, Colesville Rd. & University Blvd. in Montgomery County (still image below). The suspect in this arrest ended up being wanted for a MURDER in Washington DC back in 2022 and had been out on pre-trail release 🚨 38 year-old Jose Ramos was charged with second-degree murder while armed in October of 2025 and was allowed to STAY ON RELEASE, according to the DC Witness.
