Been thinking: Let’s say you’re a foreigner who bought tech in June 2021. DXY 90, weak $. NVDA 20 vs 120 last MSFT 250 vs 380 last GOOGL 115 vs 165 last. DXY 110, 20+% stronger Trump keeps acting whimsically, upsetting the landscape. Gresham’s Law HAS to take hold. Foreigners may repatriate and go where their money is treated better. Seen EFA or EWH or China lately? We have the Fed next week. Mkt is oversold. Fed Drift here would equate to a standard bear mkt rally 3-7 days. Bear sentiment s/t sky high. Vol had an amazing move past 10d. What are recession odds? When 2s-10s was inverted for 2+ yrs, everyone screamed “recession.” It never happened. Past 6mos 2-10 upward sloping, much fewer mentioning “recession.” Hmm. Next Friday quad witch, right thru the Ides of March. Qtr end less than 3 wks away. Still seems buy the dips…in vol and inverse funds! Not advice, just opinion. I heard Robinhood Chief Strategist say these things on Bberg today: “We have smart investors. They’re looking at Tsla and Nvda. Next resistance is 5500 (despite SPX 5600) and if that breaks it goes to 5400.” We’re not even anywhere close to a bottom. The SPX hit ATH like 3 weeks ago. $TOI And the plot thickens at $TOI. Massive director withholds...Havencrest is pissed (about time) - 3 senior executives have recently left (We believe at least 2 were cost cutting) - 5 mm share buyback announced (which required Deerfield waiving covenants on their debt) - Announced a tuck in radiology acquisition in core California market - Pharmacy fix in California is progressing that could be 10% accretive to revenue - New CEO (former president) came out firing 2 weeks ago at a conference saying "laser focused" on cost cuts and other positive steps The recent OneOncology deal from $TPG and $ABC that has a ~20x EBITDA valuation. $TOI at 5x gross profit and 1x revenue is worth $3+. How insane is the $TOI corp overhead? They spend $120 mm per YEAR to run 76 clinics, of which 60 are owned. It is drug dispensary and arm chairs. Nice to see the aggression. Volume picking up. This shouldn't be a public company. It is too small and the D&O insurance alone probably costs 15% of the current market cap (per year). Plenty of PE backed guys to choose from...pick one and sell it to them...

Hate to do this. Can you recall up to 3 stocks you sold to lock in gains that went on to become insane multi-baggers, & still are. Unfortunately, I have more than 3. Here are 3+1 bonus: $MNST & $SLP in early 2000’s. $CHTR in 2012, ( $XPEL in 2015-probably sold to @EightTrack180).
