Following through with my original mission of encouraging people to start conducting research at home, I just published the fold-at-home public script to the ClarityProtocol github. github.com/clarityprotoco… This is a CLI tool that folds proteins locally with ColabFold / AlphaFold, analyzes structural impact, pulls papers from PubMed, checks ClinVar + gnomAD, and generates a citation-backed AI summary. One command, full pipeline. Built to work with Claude, GPT-4, or a local Ollama model. I tried to make everything as user-friendly as possible, and I don't think I left much to your imagination in the readme. I'm hoping this will encourage anyone who finds this project to start using their computers in a way that is not only fascinating, but beneficial to humanity. I will do my best to keep this script up to date with the improvements that I make on the ClarityProtocol script that powers the website.
