Thank you @AirCanada for texting me the news that you were randomly bumping me from my business class seat to economy. After 1.5 hrs of waiting the call 'somehow' disconnected and the rep didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. Cant even enjoy the end of my birthday trip.

Hi @AirCanada can someone please respond to my email or at least to this. Honestly fed up of waiting for a response for the money you owe me because your website crashed after I paid for my flights and I don’t have a booking number

J'ai pris 4.5 hrs de layover a Frankfort pour les imprévus se @AirCanada et les folies de biométrie des gus de l'UE. Air Canada, pour un 3e vol sur 4 me regarde d'une heure pour de la maintenance. Inhabituel pour la compagnie qui a d'ordinaire une feuille de route très bonne.

Had the “pleasure” of flying a new @AirCanada 737-8. Totally stripped down plane. No headrest, no charger, no in-flight screen. Overhead luggage storage ridiculously small causing much frustration. With almost everyone in zone 2, having to line up early an annoying must.

@AirCanada has definitely the worse customer service in the industry. There is no accountability for their mishaps, leaving the customer holding the bag. I explain: a flight from Dallas to Montreal is delayed nearly two hours due to technical issues

@AirCanada please explain how we go through your customer servise as they do not answer their call. I spent 1hr 10minutes until l had to come off the phone

So if people have to pay extra for an exit row seat on the plane and if no one pays extra therefore the row sits empty. Now who does the Air Line give the emergency exit row speal too? Who is opening the door if an emergency? Honest curious question @WestJet @AirCanada

@AirCanada lost my baggage in flight from Moncton to Shanghai on 27th April. Have raised multiple complaints but no reply from your end. Kindly look in to the matter as lost luggage is creating a nightmare

@AirCanada My flight is at 7:30 at 11PM air canada sends me that my check in is removed. I was trying to make same day change to my flight. Now it shows me that without my final confirmation they changed my flight. Customer care is more than 1 hour wait!!!!

@AirCanada Flight AC1141 (YQB→YYZ, Mar 13) delayed 5hrs then cancelled — your own texts confirm it was within your control. Family w/ 6-yr-old stranded past midnight. 1 month later, still no way to file APPR claim. Please respond.

@AirCanada Just wondering what your expected response time is for replying to submitted customer care request? I submitted a request on Apr 11 regarding my flight on Apr 4 and haven't heard a peep from you since. 4 weeks wait time is ridiculous.

@AirCanada it’s one thing to bump a paying business class customer to the back in economy because you’ve oversold the flight, but it’s terrible to say that it’s because the seat is broken when there is another person sitting in your original seat. Nope, not acceptable.

@AirCanada Hi — I’m trying to claim missing Aeroplan points for Emirates flights (Nov 2025) but the claim form will not allow me to select a departure date even after completing all fields. I also cannot add family members to Family Sharing (error 2015).

@AirCanada diverted us to Orlando at 3:30AM—no staff, no help, traveling with a 4-year-old. Told us to book a hotel → none available. Rebooked 9.5h later (then delayed again), so we rented a car and drove. Now refusing reimbursement as “weather.” What were we supposed to do?
