Super article ! Je pense qu’ils se sont fait submerger par l’arrivée massive de l’IA (comme Google, qui l’avait reconnu). Ils ont fait de mauvais choix. Ils s’adaptent de manière pragmatique maintenant, c’est bien. Et je pense qu’ils peuvent tourner leur faiblesse en avantage : l’écosystème + local + confidentialité. Pour l’AI cloud, il faut déléguer maintenant, utiliser l’existant, c’est ce qu’ils font. Heureusement qu’ils ont le hardware, c’est la référence IA grand public alors qu’ils n’ont même pas de place importante sur le secteur des LLM. Ils sont sauvés par leurs choix des puces orientée AI ! C’est le Nvidia AI des particuliers. 👍
