Hey @supabase I keep requesting support and all I have received back in return 4 times now is an email to verify my identity/email which I have done every time successfully. No support ticket, no access to my account. Discord can’t help without ticket even. Is there a higher plan than Pro that I don’t know about where I can get support or be able to interact with anyone for help? Thanks!

Most pre-seed startups treat security as a "later" problem. We just passed Google CASA Tier 2, an independent security assessment for apps that handle sensitive data. SOC 2 is next. Why now? Because Paier moves real money for small businesses and the people who work for them. If Bob is going to run your back office and your payroll, "we'll get to security eventually" is not an acceptable answer. Trust is not a feature you bolt on at Series A. It is the foundation you build on at day one. Live, paid, and building the boring, hard things that earn the right to handle your money.
