@margssister @DhillonHariGTA @OrbitStudios I think the contention is that since this requires Federal approval to proceed, and they haven't just nuked it from orbit, but instead sent out a very mealy-mouthed consultation, it's a priority. If it wasn't, it would take five minutes to kill.
