We gave seven different AI tools the same scenario regarding the current conflict in the Middle East. They each had the same verbatim counterfactual prompt asking them to predict the near term, medium term and long term outcomes of the current conflict in the Middle East. We used the highest tier versions of Grok, chatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kimi, Deepseek and Perplexity (NVDA)). The results were then consolidated into an exhaustive Excel sheet using Claude CoWork and then the final report was then synthesized into narrative form using a Claude project instance. From there we used a Kimi Agentic swarm to build an interactive web site. You can access this website using the link below.
According to the collective AI hive mind; we're in for a protracted air campaign and an eventual stalemate. This analysis is a few days old but still holds somewhat true. Interesting to see the variance in opinions between the US and Chinese tools

The highest calling in our society comes from putting people to work and creating opportunity for people to make better lives. Having a job creates purpose but more importantly makes it possible for someone to put a roof over their families head, food on the table and a kid through college.
That's where happiness comes from, that's how the world gets changed for the better and leave a legacy that lives beyond our years.
But having money, that would be nice too !😀
just read this in an investor update
"older engineers who graduated from college pre-GPT are actually the best-suited for our purposes. They have fundamental programming ability that's lost amongst most of the current-gen."

Many of you may not be aware of the tremendous amount of activity happening around H-1B visas and outsourcing. Regardless of your political perspective, the changes underway are significant for anyone involved in the US workforce, tech, or global talent
What do you think?
Here’s a more stuff to update on the current wave of H-1B, OPT, and offshoring reform bills in 2025—and additional major developments at both federal and state levels targeting tech labor, immigration, and employment pipelines.
Additional Federal Activity
New DOJ Enforcement and DHS Crackdowns:
The Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have both stepped up enforcement against H-1B fraud, “benching,” and illegal outsourcing. DOJ is launching targeted site visits while DHS is scrutinizing staffing agencies and layer-heavy supply chains for sham employment.
Department of Labor Rulemaking:
DOL is fast-tracking wage level recalculations for H-1B and PERM green card programs, aiming to accelerate the effect of legislative wage floors even if bills stall in Congress.
Proposed OPT Reforms via Executive Action:
Senior administration officials are exploring possible executive orders to curtail or pause the Optional Practical Training (OPT) STEM extension, sidestepping gridlock while Congress battles over full repeal.
State-Level Legislative Actions
Texas (TX):
Lawmakers are drafting a bill imposing a special tax on employers with large H-1B or L-1 worker cohorts, and requiring annual “local impact assessments” to prove scarcity of local workers.
California (CA):
A new proposal would prohibit the use of state grant or contract funds by entities with more than 10% H-1B or OPT employees. The bill is also looking to expand whistleblower protections for domestic STEM workers.
New Jersey (NJ) & Illinois (IL):
Each has introduced “anti-outsourcing” tax credit clawbacks, essentially penalizing companies that reduce local headcount while expanding overseas operations.
Florida (FL):
Considering a moratorium on certain staffing agency operations found to be primarily H-1B relayers.
Other Major Developments
Increased Congressional Hearings:
Multiple committees have recently held hearings on “tech labor substitution and STEM graduate opportunities,” with extensive testimony from US STEM grads, small business owners, and labor advocates.
Executive Messaging:
Presidential candidates and administration officials on both sides are publicly calling for reforms, with some supporting even stricter curbs or a total reevaluation of work visa priorities for the coming decade.
The 2025 landscape is seeing the most aggressive public and legislative scrutiny of tech and skilled immigration pipelines in decades, with “labor pipeline protection” and “ending wage arbitrage” emerging as central political themes. This is good news for american workers.
🚨 If you work in tech, buckle up.
Lawmakers are coming for the H-1B machine from every angle.
Here’s the full rundown of bills targeting H-1B abuse, OPT loopholes, and offshoring — all at once:
⸻
1. American Tech Workforce Act of 2025
Sponsor: Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN)
The visa lobby screwed up... Bigly!
After Trump’s interview on Laura Ingraham, they poured money into PR campaigns telling Americans to stay quiet and trust the system. But it triggered the opposite reaction. Psychologists call it identity reinforcement. Once people reach shared awareness, any attempt to push them back only hardens the group and grows it!
Trump’s comments sparked the curiosity. The lobby’s response pushed millions of Americans to finally look at both sides of the visa issue. That awareness is the one thing the work visa crowd hoped to avoid. They are screwed now NCSWIC.
And now the political shift is unmistakable.
We have multiple bills targeting the H1B structure.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has already announced legislation to phase out the H1B program entirely.
And Congressman Chip Roy openly says he wants to freeze all immigration until H1B is ended. His words: freeze all immigration, reform chain migration, end H1B visas, deal with birthright citizenship, and implement tougher vetting.
This is what happens when a narrative breaks.
The harder they push, the more Americans join the resistance.
The more they spend ... The more it pushes Americans to join the movement - thank you Chamber of Commerce!
Jim Banks (R-IN) @RepJimBanks
• Raises H-1B wage floor from $60K → $150K
• Abolishes OPT entirely
• Replaces the lottery with a highest-wage selection system
• Forces employers to hire Americans first
A direct hit on the cheap-labor model Big Tech relies on.
⸻
2. Bill to Eliminate the H-1B Program (announced Nov 13)
Sponsor: Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) @RepMTG
• Fully phases out the H-1B program
• Protects American workers in tech, healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing
• Reorients hiring back toward US citizens and legal residents
One of the strongest immigration-for-jobs bills in years.
⸻
3. HIRE Act (Halting International Relocation of Employment Act)
Sponsor: Sen. Bernie Moreno (R-OH) @berniemoreno
• 25% tax on outsourcing payments
• Revenue funds US apprenticeships and workforce development
• Punishes companies using foreign labor to dodge US wages
The most serious attack on offshoring in decades.
⸻
4. Immigration Freeze Bill (announced Nov 12)
Sponsor: Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) @RepChipRoy
• Full freeze on all legal immigration until:
– H-1B is abolished
– Chain migration reformed
– Birthright citizenship addressed
• Temporary reset after 30 years of dysfunction
A bold “stop the bleeding” bill.
⸻
5. H-1B & L-1 Visa Reform Act of 2025
Sponsors: Sen. Grassley (R-IA) @ChuckGrassley & Sen. Durbin (D-IL) @SenatorDurbin
• Cuts H-1B terms from 6 years → 3 years
• Tightens outsourcing restrictions
• Raises wages
• Targets visa mills and labor brokers
A rare bipartisan agreement that the system is broken.
⸻
6. Fairness for High-Skilled Americans Act (H.R. 2315)
Sponsor: Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) @RepGosar
• Eliminates OPT unless Congress explicitly reauthorizes it
• Ends the tax subsidy that makes foreign grads cheaper than US grads
A massive correction to an overlooked loophole.
⸻
7. No Tax Breaks for Outsourcing Act (H.R. 995 / S. 409)
Bipartisan sponsors, led by Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-TX) @RepLloydDoggett & Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) @SenWhitehouse
• Ends corporate tax incentives for offshoring
• Rebalances labor costs in favor of US workers
• Forces companies to justify shipping jobs abroad
Because taxpayers shouldn’t subsidize their own job losses.
Bottom line:
These bills together would finally confront the three-headed monster:
H-1B abuse. OPT subsidies. Offshore labor pipelines.
For the first time in decades, Congress actually has tools that could fix the labor
Tag your reps. Repost this thread.
Let them know America is done being a discount labor market.
If Congress is finally serious about American jobs, this is the moment.
No more delays. No more excuses.
Pass the bills — fix the labor market.
Let me know if I missed any.

Single-payer doesn't fix healthcare—it doubles down on government incompetence. Better path: standardized billing, electronic prior auth, reference pricing where patients bear marginal costs for expensive choices. Competition works if you let it. #FreeMarket#HealthcareReform
