@saxyjacky @lukewines @VoteHub Two reasons for it this time: 1) Trump, Hilton & Bianco have told Republicans repeatedly that voting by mail is a scam, so fewer of them do it. 2) Dems had more candidates in major races, so many waited until to see who was leading to avoid Dems being locked out.
