Is this going to be the Bloodlines 2 people wanted? I've never been an urban horror afficionado, but I love the resurgance of single player immersion I am seeing at Summer Games Fest.

Grummz is right, as usual. To be fair though, this started with comics long before it impacted video games. Feminization and enshitification of masculine hobbies is a story as old as dirt. But it does seem to have kicked a uniquely nasty hornets nest with video gaming.

This is typical corporate posturing. Success is a system, not a set of claims. That said... the steps they have taken so far are at least bold and not entirely risk averse. I think that speaks volumes more than any PR quotes.

@FFH_Games announced the date for the Final Echoes update for Forever Skies at Summer Games Fest. Console release, new enemies, landmarks, and a new airship electricity system. This game formed one of my core survival crafting memories. It has had its challenges along the road, to be fair. The freedom of flight, though, combined with the customization options for the airship I wanted to fly always made this the quintessential experience. I recall the first time I put my ship on autopilot and set up my crafting stations on an outside deck so I could watch the scenery go by. The games we love don't always have to be the ones that win awards. They just need to be the ones that capture us at the right time and place. Ironically but importantly, the Final Echoes update is also not intended to be the final game update. I'm greatly looking forward to jumping back in on July 27.

I'm a massive AC fan. Own every one except Shadows. I even own the side scrolling Chronicles games. I still have emotional scars from AC: Rogue (iykyk). I'm actually cooking through the Egyptian desert in a playthrough with Bayek as we speak. You were Ubisoft. THE Ubisoft. Once. Long ago.
