#BITCOIN Asking the wrong "scarcity" question. They ask about the scarcity "OF" #BTC Instead of asking the question for scarcity "FOR". "FOR" what exactly? Maybe a decorative function in high demand is urgently needed. Then you might have a scarcity "FOR" something.

Gas spent 20 years owning the evening peak. Batteries took a year to crash the party. That's disruption. Not gradual, but a rapid shift in who supplies grid's most valuable hours. The battle was never about total generation. It was about the peak & batteries are winning it.

Well if you have cheap gas use it. Meanwhile China's SAIC Motor will build its first European EV factory in Spain's Galicia, Xinhua reported. With an initial investment of EUR200 million (USD232 million), the plant will likely go live by the end of 2028, producing 120,000 units a year and creating over 2,300 jobs locally. SAIC might use some solid state batteries produced in Spain though (Not from CATL they don't have the tech) Why? Cheap power (the have saturated their grid with renewables). Also Spain is now going for sold ingot from melted Quartz using renewable power. This was inconceivable with fossil fuels in Spain. way too expensive 40% of the cost is energy.
