@AlertReady The sound is so intolerable that I never read the alert messages to end this torture as soon as possible. Closing the alert should require two taps. A first one that would remove the sound, and a second one to close the alert after a calm reading.
@HartNatalieA I hope you are receiving less pushback than before. Similar improvements in my neighbourhood changed things literally overnight with a diversion of transit traffic from minor to major streets, slower traffic and edge lines providing de-facto cycling routes for kids.
@regionofpeel Please start by acting next to your head office location. Derry & Hurontario. Derry: The speed reduction from 70kph to 60kph voted on May 23rd, 2024 - that is still not applied two years later. Horontario: Insane speed limit of 60kph maintained in an active construction area.
@citymississauga Commuting by E-bicycle is faster and cost less than $1 per month. The city needs to fill the gaps in the cycling network for it to become a viable alternative for more people.
@citymississauga Started e-biking to work when gas hit $2.00 back in 2022. The new bridge over 401 at 2nd lane opened a safe cycling corridor that I am now using for my daily commute. Gas became a mere line in my leisure budget and I now feel imune to current gas price conditions.

@AlTi5 Je vois une maire de droite bien équipée niveau vélo et qui redécouvre sa propre ville sous l'angle du piéton et du cycliste. La pedestrianisation de la place n'est jamais remise en cause. Le reste n'est que petits détails. Au global, c'est plutôt encourageant.
