@WillHartley1980 I get this when I do therapy work, never mind professional BDSM. My usual response, put kindly as possible, is along the lines of “yes, I’d happily do it for free, if I already had a source of income I didn’t have to work for that secured my home, food, bills and enrichment”.

Tip for Dominants: You don’t know everything. Don’t let power go to your head. It’s ok to make mistakes. It’s ok to admit you made a mistake. You should apologise when you make a mistake. Make proper reparations. Learn from it so you don’t repeat it next time,

@baker69359 @PallMallFan96 Every choice we make, and don’t make, reduces the overall pool of people who will choose us. That doesn’t necessarily make those things wrong. Population size isn’t the same as righteousness. The people who accept you more fully are rare, but might be worth waiting for.
