Nine years ago today, we launched Electron for the first time. Later this year, Electron is expected to reach 100 launches, likely making it the fastest privately developed orbital rocket to hit that milestone. From “It’s a test” to one of the world’s highest cadence launch vehicles in under a decade. Here's a little walk down memory lane from that first historic launch.

Rocket Lab has been awarded a $90 million contract by the @USSpaceForce’s Space Systems Command @USSF_SSC to design, manufacture, integrate, and operate two geostationary satellites hosting the Heimdall space domain awareness payload produced by Rocket Lab Optical Systems. Rocket Lab components have long played an essential role in many GEO programs, but this is our first satellite production program for geostationary orbit. The two satellites will be built on our Lightning bus, adapted for the thermal, radiation, propulsion, and station-keeping demands of GEO.

Rising demand is straining U.S. grids, or in the words of this dry but important report: "Resource adequacy concerns have expanded and grown more acute." What's being built to add more megawatts? Over the next 10 years, 2/3rd of new generation assets are solar+storage. The time to build is now. We're doing our part with our 5GW solar module facility — and new solar cell fab on the way. American solar to keep the lights on.

$TE The short report would have worked in mid October when the stock bounced off $5.50 and was still heavily retail. Once the convert + secondary happened on 12/15, too much institutional money came in (with the associated due diligence)... $TE is still a "retail" name but institutional investors are now up to speed and involved. The #1 pushback on the stock isn't China...its "the chart." Stock continues to rally and fail in mid $8s. Need the next contract announcement for a re-rate.

The company has outlined in granular terms both in investor meetings and public announcements why they are FEOC compliant 4. The “Sherpa” that has backed most of the recent financings and was over the wall on the Trina deal is Encompass (great firm) We would especially call out the decision to lead with the legacy personal dispute involving the CEO, as opposed to actual issues with the company. Liquid stock and has rallied a lot. People take shots. We think $CSIQ is the far better target if you are going to question FEOC and misleading guidance given they are 70% Chinese sourced. We deeply respect Culpepper as a firm and applaud both their work here as well as the vital role they play ensuring markets are fair and transparent. Great guys and well deserved congrats on a well timed attack - which we suspect started yesterday at $9 per share.
