Bro, there's no such thing as wasted daylight. All daylight is valuable even if it's 4:00 a.m. In the morning if the semite is in the morning we can wake up more naturally without a alarm. Simple as that. It will make our life so much better. If you do not like early darkness, I'm sorry you just have to suck up and deal with it because it's part of nature. The only thing I can help you with is to ask your boss and to come in earlier. start your day earlier simple as that. So you still have the same amount of daylight like you do with DST.

If we shift the clock 6 hours you will still be working against your body. Which is not good for our health at all. If we keep Standard Time year-round, it will actually benefit us a lot. We will be waking up without a alarm but if you keep DST year round or shift 6-9 hours. Sunrise won't be till the afternoon And we will be waking up in a dark at 7:00 a.m. When the majority of the people wake up at 6:30 a.m.. how messed up is that? really messed up Life is not a luxury. It's a surviving tool. Standard time is a surviving tool our bodies need Morning Light not evening light.

I would prefer standard time. If we keep Standard Time here near Pittsburgh, the sunrise will be 4:48 a.m. at the earliest at the latest in winter 7:43 a.m. And during the summer for the latest sunset 7:54 p.m. And at the earliest 4:53 p.m. It's still light out after 8pm close to 8:30pm

The birds are already chirping at 3:30 in the morning. here in Pennsylvania And the sunrise is at 5:45 am. And I don't care. Just suck up and deal with it And does the birds really wake you up at 4:00 a.m. In the morning? Or are you making excuse for yourself because you don't want change?

These two places are from the Northeast corner in the Southeast corner. It's nowhere near 3:50 a.m. It will start to get light after 4:00 a.m. The earliest sunrise from the state is at 4:31 a.m. birds will still be chirping no matter what at 2:00 in the morning. Find some white noise or play music. I recommend jazz But look on the bright side, you still have Daylight after 5:00 p.m. In the summer you still have daylight after 7:00 p.m.. But luckily you still have your 7:00 p.m. Sunsets for a couple weeks till 2 months.

Your highway safety bill includes permanent daylight savings time which delays sunrise by one hour year round which prescribes 8am or 9 AM sunrises for the majority of Americans all winter. See graphic attached. School children need sunlight exposure before classes so they can focus and learn properly. People driving to work need sunlight so they are awake and alert operating vehicles. This is human biology, You cannot beat it. You people are prescribing failure for 300 million Americans. Seriously. Permanent DST is unhealthy. Nobody needs the sun out at 8:30 PM at night, people are in their houses getting ready for bed or eating. This must be amended to Permanent Standard Time. Every medical doctor agrees permanent standard time is healthier, all frontier AI models agree, anyone with a bachelors in science or mathematics can look at this problem and agree. Common sense agrees, you don’t want your kids getting hit at a bus stop because drivers are falling asleep in the dark at 8 AM. Permanent daylight savings time is silly, we need permanent standard time for health and wellness. I guarantee you people will spend just as much money if not more because they are in a good mood, They are more productive at work, Our GDP is higher and they have more energy and they are motivated to participate in a country that looks out for their health. If our country is to compete in the new global landscape with AI and fast moving science and technology, we need to be as smart as we can be as awake as possible, and as focused as possible. Permanent standard time restores this vector of health and it’s a compounding trajectory that continually improves the nations health on the largest sample size. If you want this nation to fail, implement permanent daylight savings time. It was tried in 1974 and reversed immediately. We need Permanent STANDARD time.
