@JulieLovesTech this is the part people miss: AI rarely removes the need for expertise, it changes where expertise is applied. the workflow shifts from: “produce everything manually” to “validate, steer, and intervene at the right moments.”

everyone deployed the tool. nobody changed the workflow around it. sounds like a management problem wearing an AI costume.
