Everyone screaming “this move has just begun” is ignoring reality. #Bitcoin bottomed in November 2022. Since then, it’s already done an 8x. We are not at the start. We are much, much closer to the end. If we’re lucky, there are one or two more glorious pushes left. But that’s it. This is the stage where traders either: -lock in legacy gains, or =get drunk on euphoria and hand it all back. The truth? The bear always comes. And when it does, it won’t be a dip. It’ll be a 12-month purge designed to rug every late believer. So settle down. Get serious. Mark your invalidations. Respect your levels. Be ready to seize the subsequent one or two runs… Enjoy whatever form of Alt-season we get and then brace yourself. Because when the rug finally gets pulled, only disciplined traders will survive the dark side of this cycle.

Capitulation is funny. When people first start saying “we haven’t even seen real capitulation yet,” I usually start paying attention. Not because they’re definitely wrong. But because that phrase tends to show up more and more as the washout is already happening. And in a lot of bottoms, it gets loudest after the low is already in. A few days later, people are still saying we need capitulation while price has already started trying to turn. That’s the part worth noticing. The crowd is usually late to recognize panic because they’re still waiting for it to look more dramatic.

Bitcoin is doing exactly what Bitcoin does every four years. Run hard. Digest the move. Make everyone call it dead again. They did it at $6, $60, $600, $6000, and now $60,000 There should be almost zero surprise here. The interesting part is that a few alts are actually holding up during this leg down. That is not something you always see in crypto winter. And honestly, it makes me… dare I say it? a little hopeful… Remember those who weathered the storm well. Every market needs leaders when the tide turns.

“Hey Mr A., how do you stay so calm in price action like this.” Honestly, because this is exactly what risk-off looks like. Lower highs. Failed bounces. Heavy candles. No real bid. Every bounce getting sold. I hate saying it because I know people are getting hurt out there, but if you are sitting in pain right now, use it. Do not waste it!!! Ask yourself why you were still hoping in an environment that was clearly telling you to protect yourself. Why were you levered long? Why was there no stop? Why did you need the market to save you? This kind of pain should not become normal. Let it teach you once. Then build a process that never lets you end up here again.

#Bitcoin has done many things, but Bitcoin has NEVER, in its entire history, closed a monthly candle back below a prior cycle’s monthly closing high after confirming a breakout above it. $61,359 is that level (Oct 2021 monthly closing high). If we close below it, it's the first confirmed monthly cycle-level top-side breakdown in history. We'll know soon.

$STRC is interesting because it is not supposed to be interesting. It’s Strategy’s Bitcoin-linked preferred, pays around 11.5%, and is designed to hang near $100. So when it pukes below the peg area, I pay attention. The last three times we saw this kind of $STRC flush, #BTC found a solid local bottom within days. Not a guarantee. But when the boring yield product starts acting emotional, it usually means stress is already getting priced in. Last three times, BTC was close. Let’s see if it matters again.

What has been going on with Bitcoin lately? Honestly, nothing unusual. It has been acting like an asset in a risk-off regime. That means rallies are harder to trust. Support is more fragile. Breakdowns have a better chance to follow through. Dip buyers are fighting the environment instead of trading with it. This is why proper identification of trading bias matters. A red regime does not mean the price goes down every day. It means the burden of proof shifts. Bulls have to prove repair. Until then, weakness deserves more respect than hope. Most traders learn the setups. The better traders learn which environments those setups actually work in.

@Yusanchik Exactly! The market will always be uncertain. The goal is not to remove uncertainty, but to stop adding our own confusion on top of it. Classifying the environment helps with that. You still have risk, but you know which behavior deserves more respect.

Yeah, having a tool that does the work cleanly is obviously much easier. But traders can still start training the skill. First, ask what the market is rewarding. Breakouts and pullbacks holding? Risk-on. Rallies failing and support weakening? Risk-off. Failed moves both ways? Chop. The goal is to classify the environment before trusting the setup.
