Do you run @BitcoinKnots, use the DATUM gateway, and build from source? I could do with crowdsourcing some testers for a new HTTP notify system (in Bitcoin Knots). On my test machine, it reduces the notify time from 75ms to 1 microsecond (use, microsecond). I could especially do with MacOS and Windows testers. I don't have either of these. What it does is recognise when you put an http:// URL as the blocknotify command and performs a native HTTP GET instead of shelling out. A sample Knots config would now look like: blocknotify=http://localhost:7152/NOTIFY Can you help? If you do test it, could you please leave a comment on the pull request confirming whether it worked, what system you tested on, and, if not, what went wrong? github.com/bitcoinknots/b…
