@lennardeth What I do is literally just count my breaths like "inhale, exhale" in my head until I go to sleep. It forces me not to think of other things when I'm trying to fall asleep.

Yes I am building one 😎 the key for a true agent is that it needs to be able to set goals, do multiple reasoning steps, and learn patterns to make context based decisions. There's so much more to consider like self-correction, transparency, and integrating with tools for fully autonomous workflows. It's more complex than people think 😩
