Whilst Saylor still owns 4% of the supply I remain bearish. People seem desperate to buy Bitcoin here as it makes new lows. A lot of traders I respect are closing shorts, opening longs. I don’t have the urge to. I might be the last bear standing but I think this gets worse.

Investors in STRC and SATA were told they were “fixed income” products. Comparisons in advertising were made to bond market and money market funds. Investors were told they were buying something which trades at a fixed price and offers a secured dividend. They were told to invest their cash and retirement funds for a better return. These products have been mis-sold to the public. Lawsuits should be filed, there should be strict punishment for this level of deceptive behaviour. Investors will lose a lot of money due to these people, they took investor money and used it to pump assets in an attempt to enrich themselves. The Ponzi part we are told is legal due to disclosures, but the mis-selling is evident for everyone to see. Despicable.

@SleazyTutor @BiTSHaMMy Agreed. And I have the same opinion. However I think there is a higher chance he gets into trouble this year now since he exhausted his dividend cover. It could be starting already as I can’t see how he raises cash without selling more BTC. And like you say, BTC = lower, simple.
