Repeated reports are coming out of Iran that the remnants of the regime has become extremely sensitive to any sign of opposition. They are detaining, and in some cases, killing people on the spot for something as simple as laughing in the streets. IRGC forces have reportedly shot and arrested citizens who celebrated Khamenei's death by distributing cakes and sweets. In Rasht, a father was shot simply for carrying a birthday cake for his son. In Southern Tehran, three young boys were killed at an IRGC checkpoint. In Tehran Basiji's forcibly entered into a home taking away a couple for chanting from their balcony. Military checkpoints have been set up across Tehran, where forces are stopping citizens and forcibly checking their phones.
